Terms of service

The terms for using the ZKemail website and application.

Effective date: 28 October 2026

Who provides the service

ZKemail is provided by Succor Leads Cloud Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (file number 7401147), 3422 Old Capitol Trail, Suite 700, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States ("we", "us"). By using the website or the application you agree to these terms. If you use ZKemail for an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.

The service

ZKemail is an email deliverability and per-ISP warm-up platform: it ramps sending volume per mailbox provider, runs inbox-placement seed tests, compares DNS authentication records with what is published and can apply DNS changes you have previewed. Features change over time; the application shows what is available to your workspace.

Accounts

  • Access is granted per workspace. You are responsible for the users you invite and for keeping sign-in details confidential. Use two-factor sign-in.
  • Tell us at support@succorleadscloudsolutions.com as soon as you suspect an account has been misused.

Acceptable use

You must comply with the laws that apply to your email, including anti-spam and consent rules. In particular, you must not use ZKemail to:

  • send mail to recipients who have not agreed to receive it, or hide who the sender is;
  • send unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, including phishing and malware;
  • attack, probe or overload the service or anyone else's systems.

We may suspend sending or access when we see use that breaks these rules or puts the platform or other customers at risk.

Your data

Data you put into ZKemail remains yours. You give us the rights we need to host and process it to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Plans and fees

Prices and plan limits are on the pricing page. Starter and Pro are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew each month until cancelled. They start with a 7-day free trial that requires card verification; if you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. You can cancel at any time: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, and partial months are not refunded. Enterprise fees and terms are agreed in writing.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ZKemail available and to fix faults promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or any particular inbox placement: delivery depends on mailbox providers we do not control. To the extent the law allows, ZKemail is provided "as is". We may change features; we tell you in advance of a change that materially reduces your plan.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to ZKemail is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending the service

You can stop using ZKemail at any time. After your account closes, you have 30 days to export your data; it is then deleted from the application, except billing records we must keep by law. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after notice where the problem can be fixed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
